Michelle Madden, Human Resources Manager, Trader Media Group:
'Our company required Potential’s services for a one-on-one coaching session with a staff member. Cleland managed to instil in her the need for her to take responsibility for her professional and personal development. 'Consequently, his work with her was a success and I can happily report she is thriving in the company six months later. Cleland’s coaching saved us a considerable sum had we had to find a replacement for the role.' |
