How we work

We passionately believe that everyone should have the chance to reach their potential. And training can help.

But it’s only part of the package. Training without effective preparation and follow-up can be a waste of time and money.

And people are different. They do different jobs and learn in different ways.

So we strive to achieve bespoke training sessions.

This involves:

Discovering delegates’ ability levels in advance.
Matching training to their needs.
Producing exercises based on their normal work.
Working with them to produce an action plan for use with their line manager after the course.

What’s the training like?

Our training sessions are relaxed and informal. Contributions and discussion are actively encouraged. And the programme is kept flexible, so that delegates’ needs are met along the way. And we don't tie ourselves into a rigid Powerpoint presentation!

Cleland places a strong emphasis on humour and anecdotal experience. Delegates will find his training sessions interesting, lively, engaging and provocative. He'll make them think about what they do and how they do it.

How to book us

We try to keep things simple:

You make an enquiry by using the form.
We respond by sending you a draft course outline.
We follow this up with a phone call to discuss your needs. If necessary, we can come and meet you.
If you decide to proceed, we agree dates and we send you a written quotation.
You accept the quotation in writing.
We contact you seven days before the course to finalise details and to be clear about delegates’ needs.
We deliver the course at your premises.
We invoice you and hopefully, you pay us!
